Olivia Adamson, Emma Ward named Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-Americans

Syracuse attackers Olivia Adamson and Emma Ward have been named Inside Lacrosse All-Americans, the publication announced Monday. Adamson was named to the Second Team, while Ward was honored on the Third Team.
Adamson enters her senior year with a larger role in the attack. Across three seasons, she’s totaled 174 points and 119 goals. Her junior year served as a breakout campaign, with career highs in goals (58) and points (83). She was voted to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference First Team and the IWLCA All-American Third Team.
Ward begins her fourth college season in 2025. Her best year came in 2023, when she totaled 94 points and 56 assists. Her 81 points in 2024 ranked third on the team, while 37 assists led the team.
Syracuse’s two selections are tied for second in the ACC with Stanford. Boston College leads the way with five. SU begins its 2025 season Friday against UAlbany.
